Single lodging is $10 USD less per night than double occupancy rate in any cabana LODGING RATES ALWAYS INCLUDE: Daily maid service Unlimited use of fresh water pool Fishing off the dock...gear provided Arrangement of all local excursions Reservations made for local flight connections Internet wireless access on premises. Cost of flight connections from Belize International to Placencia....currently $160.00-165.00 USD per person round trip. DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS: Deposits and payments accepted via VISA and MASTERCARD , travelers cheque... and USD. First night's deposit is due at the time of reservation . Balance of all lodging fees are required 30 days prior to arrival. For reservations made less than 30 days before arrival...lodging costs in full are due and required at the time of reservation. Service Charge of 8% is added...for lodging, restaurant and bar services. All service charge collected in Belize is required by the Belize Tourism Board to be distributed to employees on an equitable basis. Thus, additional tipping to a specific employee is at the discretion of the guest. CANCELLATION POLICY: A full refund, less a $25.00 processing fee, will be granted if cancellation is received 45 days or more prior to arrival at Singing Sands Inn. If 45 to 30 days prior to arrival, a 50% refund is given. Cancellations of 30 days or less, no refund is given. Deposits and payments may be applied to a future reservation within one year of the original date of reservation
