PAYMENT INFORMATION:
Deposits and payments accepted via VISA and MASTERCARD, AMEX, travelers check.
All rates are in USD funds. A one night non refundable deposit is due at time of booking. The amount will automatically be charged to the credit card account provided. Your deposit will be guaranteed upon receipt of deposit. Full payment, including 9% Hotel Tax and 5% Service Charge, is due 30 days prior to arrival. The remaining balance due will be charged to the account of the credit card provided. Full payment is due immediately for bookings made within 30 days.

Government Hotel tax is added to lodging costs at 9%. The Service charge of 5% adds to the daily room rate.

All service charge collected in Belize is required by the Belize Tourism Board to be distributed to employees on an equitable basis. Thus, additional tipping to a specific employee is at the discretion of the guest.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

A full refund, less $40.00 processing fee, will be granted if cancellation/amendment is received 45 days or more prior to Arrival at Singing Sands Inn. If 30 to 45 days prior to arrival, a 50% refund, less $40.00 processing fee is given. Cancellation/amendment of 30 days or less, no refund is given.
Inclusive Packages: Prices are per person, based on double occupancy and in US dollars. For packages a 25% non refundable deposit require per person. Deposit is required upon booking. Packages do not include bar items or guide tips. No refunds are given on unused portions of any packages.
This cancellation/amendment policy applies to any reason for cancellation/amendment, including airline delays and strikes, weather, world events, or personal issue.
